We accept Cash on Delivery, credit/debit cards, mobile banking (bKash, Nagad, Rocket), and bank transfers. For corporate clients, we offer credit facility subject to approval.
We aim to deliver products within the estimated delivery time stated at checkout. However, delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by courier services or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss and title for products purchased pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.
We offer returns within 7 to 10 working days from the date of delivery for unopened products in original condition with all accessories and documentation. Electronic items cannot be returned once opened unless defective. Refunds will be processed within 7 to 10 working days of receiving the returned product. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
All products come with manufacturer warranty as specified in the product description. Warranty claims must be made directly to us or the manufacturer as per warranty terms. Warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized repairs. Installation by non-authorized technicians may void the warranty.
